Meet Your Bentonville
Dental Team
Dr. Sydney Henderson
Dr. Henderson is originally from Mountain Home, Arkansas. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and attended dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. Henderson has done volunteer dental missionary work locally, in El Salvador, and Belize. She has a passion for providing compassionate care to her patients.
Dr. Henderson now lives in Bentonville with her husband, Will, daughter Opal, and dog, Baxter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new restaurants in NWA.
Dr. Jeffrey A. Evans
Dr. Evans received his DDS degree from the Ohio State University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and believes that good sleep is essential for good dental and overall health. He and his wife Kim have six children and six grandchildren. He loves to backpack, fish, run marathons, and play with his grandsons.
Blakely
Office Manager
Blakely was born in Little Rock, AR but moved to NWA in 1993. She lives in Bentonville with her husband, Cody, and four children: Caroline, Cason, Leo, and Meyer. Blakely graduated in 2013 from Petra Allied Health with her Registered Dental Assisting license. Blakely enjoys spending time with her family at the lake and hosting her friends and their children.
Cindy
Hygienist
Cindy moved to Bentonville in 2002 with her husband Nick, who is a teacher at Bentonville High School. She graduated from UAMS School of Dental Hygiene in 1990. She and her husband have two daughters. Cindy is an avid shopper and on her days off she can most likely be found at HomeGoods.
Jill
Hygienist
Jill is an Iowa native, and moved here in 2015 with her husband Eric and three kids: Cade, Colton, and Jensen. She graduated dental hygiene school in 2003 from the University of South Dakota and has been with the Main Street Dental family since 2017. Her kids keep her pretty busy, but in her free time, she loves to work out and do bible studies.
Brooke
Dental Assistant
Brooke was born in Las Vegas, NV but moved to Rogers in 2000. She lives here with her husband Tyler, and two daughters, Elle and Grace. She earned her associate’s degree from Northwest AR Community College and received her Registered Dental Assisting license from Petra Allied Health in 2018. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and creating new family traditions.
Chelsea
Hygienist
Chelsea graduated from dental hygiene school at Missouri Southern State University and has been with Main Street Dental since 2014. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. On the weekends, Chelsea is either on the sidelines of her kids’ sports, working on crafts and home projects, or outside. She loves to travel and wants to visit every national park.
Villa
Dental Assistant
Villa has been in NWA her entire life. She attended dental assisting school in Tulsa, OK and has been assisting for over 35 years. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her husband, children, and 2 grandchildren.
Carolina
Dental Assistant
Carolina was born in El Salvador, and moved to the USA in 1994. She has 6 children. In her free time, she enjoys getting one on one time with each of her children, watching movies, and driving around with her children listening to music. She is very involved at her church and teaches studies there. She has a passion for serving the Spanish speaking community with their dental needs.
Maggie
Hygienist
Maggie received her degree in dental hygiene from the University of AR Fort Smith and has since been practicing dental hygiene for 13 years. Prior to that, she received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hendrix College and a Masters of Science in athletic training from the University of Arkansas. Maggie is a Bentonville native. Her and her husband, Rick, are thankful to be raising their three children. She is a passionate Razorback fan, and loves hiking, biking, and exploring this beautiful area with her family.
Jennifer
Front Office Associate
Jennifer is a NWA native with over 20 years in dentistry. Her and her husband, Michael, have two children and one granddaughter. She loves spending time with her family, shopping, and loves animals!
Morgan
Dental Assistant
Morgan is an NWA native. She graduated from Petra Allied Health in 2021 with her Dental Assisting License. In her free time, she loves to shop (especially for anything green), loves to play with her dogs, Missy and Delani, and spending time with her family.
Kelsey
Hygienist
Kelsey graduated from hygiene school in 2014. She is originally from Northern Nevada, moved to the Midwest 8 years ago, and then to NWA in January 2023! Kelsey and her husband love being outdoors and exploring NWA with their three dogs. She also loves to work out, garden, read, and spend time with friends and family.
Our Office
Main Street Dental was established in November 2013 by Dr. Benjamin Hall and has been providing patients with high-quality dental care ever since. Our practice is located just blocks from Bentonville Square in the heart of downtown Bentonville. This location was specifically chosen to be easily accessible and serve as many patients as possible. We are proud to be a part of the Bentonville community, and we look forward to the possibility of working with your family!
